Refunds & Returns Policy

Effective date: August 06, 2018

Thanks for subscribing to Board Date Box.

Please read this through completely, as once a purchase is made we assume you have agreed to the following statements. Board Date Box reserves the right to reject any requests for Refunds, Returns, or Replacements if the Client’s request is not in alignment with this document.

To request a Refund, Replacement or Return please send an email to cs@boarddatebox.com

Please include:

  • Your Full Name & Email Address
  • Your Order Number
  • Your Reason for the Request
  • Any Relevant Receipts, Invoices, & Evidence

Please choose one of the following for the Subject Line: Refund, Replacement or Return *Emails without a subject will take longer to respond to*

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 1-2 weeks, depending on your card issuer’s policies and processing time.

Single Box or Item

You may be eligible for a refund in one of the following cases:

The products were damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping (*First time cases ONLY* see also: Replacements, Shipping)

    1. Refunds for Boxes with damaged goods are only granted if ALL of the products in the box are returned to Board Date Box (see also: Returns)
    2. To be granted a refund the Client must present the shipping information (time of delivery, delivery company), the receipt of purchase and any other relevant evidence to the claim.

Repeat damaged, lost, or stolen products during shipping (previously requested a Return, Replacement or Refund for damaged, lost, or stolen products)

    1. Recurring instances of products damaged, lost or stolen MAY be still eligible for a refund with solid proper evidence as mentioned above.
    2. Board Date Box reserves the right to individually assess and/or deny any multiple requests for refunds, as stated in the Terms & Conditions.

All other sales are final and no refunds will be granted.

Pre-paid Plan

You may be eligible for a refund in one of the following cases:

  1. The Client has canceled a Pre-paid plan before the next billing cut-off date (1st of the month) for the next box in their plan.
    1. The Client will be refunded the amount paid for the chosen plan with the FULL (month to month) price of the boxes the Client has received and shipping costs deducted. (Ex: Paid amount of planmonth to month price of boxes received & shipping costs = amount refunded)
  2. The Client wishes to cancel any subscription purchased within the current billing cycle, before the cut-off date (1st of the month).
    1. The Client will be refunded the full amount of the payment made.

Returns

You have 10 work days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return you must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item(s) is/are unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. The item(s) is/are in the original packaging.
  3. You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Replacements

You may be eligible for a replacement in one of the following cases:

Shipping

The Client will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
